During the occupancy period, it is required to establish the company's headquarters or an equivalent core function (where the management is stationed) within our facility.
Contract Type, Duration, etc.
- Contract Type: Fixed-term building lease contract
- Contract Commencement: Every 1st day of the month (as a general rule)
- Contract Duration: Initially one year from the move-in date. Renewal will be determined through discussions during the contract period. Extension possible until March 31, 2029, at the latest.
Rent
- Rent: ¥2,200/sqm per month
- Common Area Maintenance Fee: ¥880/sqm per month
- Address Usage Fee (Including Mailbox): ¥5,500/month
- Furniture Usage Fee: ¥5,500/month
- Phone Booth Usage Fee: ¥5,500/month (only applicable to rooms with installed phone booths)
Additionally, there will be other incidental expenses such as garbage disposal fees that will be incurred separately based on the room's usage.
